The space This beautiful tiny home offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, comfortable living room, and a private bedroom. Book now and make lasting memories in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. We are at the top of a hill so 4-wheel drive, all-wheel drive or snow tires/chains are required in winter. Guest access The entire house including the outdoor space and hot tub is reserved for Mini Maison guests only. The home is located in a park among other tiny homes however there is only one direct neighbor. We have a wonderfully private spot in the park. Expect to see wildlife up close in the park. We frequently have deer roaming around. Please give them space and observe respectfully. All wheel drive or snow tires are recommended during winter months as there is a hill going up to the house and the roads can get quite icy. Road is plowed regularly when snow is present. Bears are spotted in the tiny house park every year. They can open car doors. Do not leave ANY odorous items outside or in your car including food, trash, hair and body products, etc. Shut the gate and lock the house and your car doors and please be mindful and aware when you are outside.
