The ocean may change daily. Some weeks it is like glass while others you can surf on the waves! If you're looking for a bustling tourist destination, this is not the place for you. Drag your toes through the warm and soothing sand. Take your beach chairs and a glass of wine down to the beach and enjoy the privacy! Ocean Overlook is only 10 minutes from Red Hook Harbor where ferries can take you to other islands, including Virgin Gorda with its beautiful rock formation and caves, St. John with prime snorkeling and hiking, and Jost Van Dyke with its sleepy Caribbean fishing villages. Guest access The villa has the main house with 2 bedrooms (that sleep 6 people) and an apartment (that can sleep 2-3 people). Both can be rented together or separately. The villa sits on a cliff about 75-100 feet from the water and is secluded and private. It has nice gardens and a pathway to the beach below. Other things to note You must agree to conserve water. For showers, get wet, turn water off. Soap up, turn water on and rinse. Do not let water run when you brush your teeth or wash dishes. You must agree to turn off Ac when you leave the house.
