Enjoy the Sierra de Madrid just 35 minutes from Madrid in the surroundings of Cabanillas de la Sierra. The environment offers hiking trails, cyclists, sailing and canoeing just 5 minutes away in the Pedrezuela Swamp, horseback riding, climbing and numerous places with excellent gastronomy. The surroundings are very peaceful. If you come on the weekend you can enter from Friday morning and enjoy the full weekend until Sunday afternoon. The space Townhouse chalet in the center of Cabanillas de la Sierra. It has 3 rooms and space for 6 people. It has two courtyards, one front where you can fit a car and another private rear and for use and enjoyment. It has a small toilet on the ground floor and a full bathroom on the first floor. Up to 2 more people can be accommodated at the Buhardilla for an additional fee. The loft is enabled with a 1.35 m bed. Includes gas BBQ grill. Guest access It has a communal pool only for use and enjoyment during the stay for the people staying. Maximum 5 people. It is not allowed, by community rules, the invitation to non-residents during the stay. Other things to note Unavailable for parties or events. Failure to respect the rules of coexistence: noise, parties or celebrations will be grounds for immediate termination of the contract without compensation. Any damage done to the house during the stay will be covered by the person responsible for the reservation.
