Guest access Our guests have access to the entire outdoor area of our place: patio, terraces, balconies, BBQ, gardens with outdoor furniture to sit, relax and read. All this with a spectacular panoramic view. So these spaces are shared. The common areas are very cozy: The kitchen, the living room with TV, we have WIFI almost always 24 hours, we have two spacious full bathrooms for our guests. In our space we have an iron and ironing board so you can be ready to enjoy the places of interest. We also have a washing machine in the private residential area. It is not for guest use, but if an emergency arises where you need to wash and dry your clothes, we can coordinate it for an additional donation. We have private parking space for 7 cars. We make our kitchen available so you can prepare your own food, so you can do a small grocery shopping at the supermarket. Although we have "fast foods" and restaurants just a 5-minute drive away. At present, our rooms do not have air conditioning, but they do have ceiling fans. The temperature in winter is 80 degrees during the day and up to 70 degrees at night. Summers are very hot and the temperature can reach 96 degrees. Taxis are very expensive and do not operate 24/7 or 7 days a week. We perform all the required protocols for disinfecting our area due to COVID19. This includes taking the temperature of all guests before entering the space. Hosts are vaccinated against COVID due to the requirements of our regular jobs. We highly recommend the use of mosquito repellent for all outdoor activities and sunscreen. Just 5 minutes by car, we have an excellent restaurant in the public square of Peñuelas: TIEMPO FUERA. Although nudism is not legal on our island, there are several spaces and secluded beaches in the area where you could encounter this practice. Deciding to do so is entirely the guest's responsibility and risk. Non-prescription drugs are totally prohibited in Puerto Rico, including marijuana. They are not allowed in any space or place. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if we find well-founded reasons for the use of illicit drugs in our space. However, in our space we have a patio area where you can smoke cigarettes or medicinal cannabis. *We do not allow pets in our space, but we have made an exception with excellently trained small pets. You must communicate beforehand to coordinate any details in this regard. Although we have only three rooms available, we have 2 additional rooms when larger groups request to stay: ROOM 4: cap. 2 people: 1 Queen bed.
