House overlooking the island of Batz for 8 people located in a dead end, quiet, with private access to the beach. You will enjoy the pool table, our outdoor HOT TUB & our garden to relax. Shops nearby 500 meters away. Close to Roscoff (5 kms) & St Pol de Léon (15 kms) ideal to appropriate the Léonarde culture. A bedroom and a bathroom/WC are located on the ground floor. From June 15 to September 15 we rent by the full week, from Saturday to Saturday. Linens & towels included. Guest access The whole house is all yours ! Other things to note 3 uncashed deposit checks of €1500 are requested upon arrival. No smoking inside the house. No pets allowed. Package sheets and towels included in the cleaning price. No party or party.
