House in Prat, direct beach access, billiards & SPA

House overlooking the island of Batz for 8 people located in a cul-de-sac, quiet, with private access to the beach. You will enjoy the pool table, our outdoor SPA & our garden to relax. Shops nearby 500 meters away. Close to Roscoff (5 km) & Saint-Pol-de-Léon (15 km), ideal for learning about the culture of Léonard. One bedroom as well as a bathroom/WC are located on the ground floor. From June 15 to September 15 we rent by the full week, from Saturday to Saturday. Sheets & towels included. Guest access The whole house is all yours! Other things to note 3 non-cashed deposit checks of €1,500 are required upon arrival. No smoking inside the house. No pets. Linens and towels included in the cleaning price. No parties or events.
