The space The heart of the home is a beautiful, light-filled space with a large sectional and 65” smart TV with Netflix. The open layout flows between the living room, dining area, and fully equipped modern kitchen — perfect for gathering and relaxing. On the main floor, a private office offers a quiet corner for work or creative focus. Upstairs, the serene primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and luxurious 5-piece ensuite. Two bedrooms have queen beds, the fourth a comfortable double — all styled in calming neutrals. A stacked washer/dryer is located on the upper floor. Step into your private fenced backyard with a covered deck and BBQ — ideal for sunny breakfasts or peaceful evenings. Fast WiFi and parking for two cars complete the stay. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire main home, all furnishings, appliances, the backyard, BBQ area, and the private driveway for 2 cars. Other things to note 🔹 Full House Rules & Violation Fees To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and respect the following house rules. These help us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and our wonderful neighbors. 1. No illicit drugs Any use or possession of illegal substances will result in immediate report to authorities and termination of the stay. 2. No unauthorized guests or parties Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property. • Unauthorized overnight guests: $70 per person, per night • Parties or gatherings: strictly prohibited 3. Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM • Loud music or disruptive behavior after 9 PM: up to $200 per incident 4. No smoking indoors • Indoor smoking: $200 deep-cleaning fee • Outdoor smoking allowed — please dispose of cigarette butts properly 5. No pets This is a pet-free property. 6. False alarms / safety violations • Causing a false alarm or disturbance: $150–$250 fee, depending on severity 7. Late check-out • Departures after check-out time without approval: $100 fee 8.
