For up to 4 people, the holiday home by the sea on two floors and 68m² offers everything for a relaxed and restful holiday in any season. Look forward to a unique sea view from the sofa, armchair or the comfortably furnished balcony and watch the large and small ships that come and go to Kiel and the Kiel Canal. Great fun for holidaymakers of all ages. On the upper floor, an open, light-flooded living and dining area with tasteful, maritime furnishings awaits you through floor-to-ceiling windows. The cozy living area offers a comfortable corner sofa, a swivel chair with footstool for relaxing moments, a large 50-inch SmartTV, a Bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. You can also enjoy the wonderful sea view from the dining area. The excellently equipped kitchen with induction hob and extensive kitchen inventory invites you to cook. For coffee and espresso lovers there is both a coffee and a Nespresso machine and, as a small highlight, a milk frother for the most delicious cappuccino, which can of course also be used to prepare hot chocolate. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate on hot summer days. You reach the ground floor via the stairs. The heart of the ground floor is the small but fine wellness bathroom with integrated sauna. Look forward to a floor-to-ceiling rain shower. A bathroom cabinet with drawers for your cosmetics is located under the sink. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor: The first faces the sea. It has floor-to-ceiling windows, a wonderful view of the beach garden and a spacious terrace. You sleep in two comfortable single box spring beds next to each other (together 180x200cm). There is a TV in this bedroom and the windows have blackout curtains for undisturbed sleep. The other bedroom also has two single box spring beds (90x200cm each), they are in a corner. A blackout blind ensures restful sleep. This room has a large door that leads outside onto the wooden floorboards. Outside there are several seating options with and without a table, a parasol, sun loungers and a high-quality charcoal grill. There is also a garden hose for the outside tap. The Möwe 11 has a lockable "bike port". Here you can store your bicycles, strollers, suitcases and water sports equipment comfortably and safely. There is of course a socket for charging e-bikes. Your car parking space is directly opposite the Möwe11. The location is great because you will find something to suit every taste here: indescribably beautiful nature with countless opportunities for walking, jogging, skating, all kinds of water sports such as kiting, stand-up, sailing, etc. and endless, well-developed cycle paths. Kilometers of beaches with dunes can be found to the right of the lagoon, about 500m on foot in the direction of Schönberg, and to the left of the lagoon in the direction of Stein there is a wonderful beach with shallow water and large sandbanks, ideal for children. The finest cocktails, coffee, cakes and small tasty snacks are available about 15 minutes away in Stein at the "Tatort Hawaii" and can be enjoyed in free beach chairs and deck chairs with a sea view. There is also a water sports school here and you can rent surfboards, SUPs, etc. There is WiFi available throughout the house via fiber optic connection with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s. The Wendtorf Marina is undergoing a transformation, so construction work is possible in the area, but this has already been largely completed. The adventure promenade was recently opened directly at the harbor. The "Ahoi - Steffen Henssler" restaurant now takes care of your physical well-being and you can find delicious refreshments in the neighboring ice cream parlor. There are also smaller shops and plenty of playgrounds for younger guests.
