Casa Servanda, locally known as "La Casa de las Hoyas" is located in the northwest area of the island of La Palma, just 1.5 km from the population center of the quiet municipality of Puntagorda, in a privileged natural environment, with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by pine forests, fruit trees and nature, as well as trails that allow you to explore the most spectacular corners of an island declared in its entirety, a World Biosphere Reserve. The space The house is a construction approximately two hundred years old, restored respecting its original architecture with wooden floors and ceilings, as well as stone walls. It has a large terrace, and a garden in which you can find fruit trees as old as the house itself. In addition, in the garden there is an outdoor shower, next to the covered barbecue, with its own kitchen and dining area, to enjoy even on rainy days. The terrace has outdoor furniture and a solarium overlooking the sea and the island's peaks. The house has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with TV and sound system, a full kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom, a living room, and a large entrance hall. The entire house has Wi-Fi and private access, with a parking area. Additionally, a baby crib can be made available upon request. It should be noted that while the daytime landscape is of great beauty, the spectacular night views of the sky are no less so, which can be enjoyed from this place very close to one of the world's most prestigious astronomical observatories, such as the Roque de Los Muchachos Observatory. Therefore, it is a place where nature inspires you to relax and enjoy from an enclave of great beauty.
