New room in the heart of Venice. Close to the city's most important attractions but away from the confusion of tourist flows, in a super-strategic location. Fully restored! You can book other rooms in the same property. Ask for information! The space The Masaneta Room is located on the first floor in a large 16th century building. Double room with small private en-suite bathroom complete with shower. Equipped with hangers, TV and WIFI. Underfloor heating. Bedding and towels included. It's not a bed & breakfast. Guests will be provided with a small welcome kit. Guests will then have to buy everything they need for their stay. PLEASE NOTE: Air conditioning will be available from mid-June to mid September. Guest access CHECK-IN: CHECK-IN will be done independently by following the instructions. Guests must communicate their place and arrival time within 3 days prior to arrival. In case of non-communication, access to the room will not be guaranteed. SELF CHECK-IN RULES Guests must communicate their information prior to arrival for registration with the Police Headquarters. Without sending the data, the keypad code will not be released to access the property. CHECK-OUT By 10:00 am, luggage is not allowed in the room Other things to note Before arrival, we will ask guests to provide their identification details for registration with the Italian Police. The data must be sent electronically to the police by the host within 24 hours of the guest's arrival.
