Located on a quiet piece of family owned property in the Smoky Mountains, all with the benefits of being within 5 miles to all attractions Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer! Beautiful rustic themed setting. 1,600sq ft with open floor plan. Completely handicap accessible. * 1 Mile to downtown Gatlinburg! * 2 Miles to Pigeon Forge! * 5 Miles to Dollywood!! * 3 Miles to Ober Gatlinburg * 3 Miles to the National Park. The space (Please read the entire listing description) This is the upstairs unit of a townhouse. If you have 2 or more children who are very mobile, I would suggest to rent the downstairs unit instead. Its called, "Peace of Heaven". After enjoying a fun filled day, kick back and relax in our beautiful 1,600 sq ft rustic themed home with a open floor plan. **2 Vehicle Maximum Parking Limit** Conveniently located in the Smoky Mountain spur between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge on a quiet road off 441. Drive no more than 5 miles to any attraction. The property is located across the double highway from the Gatlinburg welcoming center were you can park for free and use the trolly for a cheap price to avoid the hassle of in town traffic and expensive parking prices. (Handicapped accessible) There are no steps into or inside the house. The bathroom entry may be a little tight for a power chair or walker. **2 Bedrooms 1 Full Bathroom** *(Sleeps a total of 6 guests comfortably)* -Bedroom #1 (Master) has comfy brand new king sized pillow top mattress. -Bedroom #2 has comfy brand new Queen sized pillow top mattress. -The living room couch will pull out into a full sized bed. All TV's are smart TV's with Netflix provided. Full sized bathroom with shower/tub. (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hand soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided) The toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner , body wash will not be replaced during your stay) All brand new stainless steel appliances. All necessities for cooking is provided. Propane grill outside on deck for grilling at your convenience. (Propane is provided only in the appropriate seasons) *** (DISCLAIMER) ****** **This home is a bi level duplex. One full unit upstairs (This listing shown) And another full unit downstairs that i also vacationally rent. The units are completely seperate and private. No shared spaces at all. Seperate entrances. This is the upper unit and there are strict noise ordinance rules. Please refrain from heavy foot stomping, furniture movement, & loud music especially between the hours 8pm - 9am. Please do not book this unit if you are not willing to comply with the noise ordinance rules. If you have more than 2 children who are very mobile and noisy I would not suggest to rent this unit. **Pet friendly ONLY upon approval. (Service animal are no charge unless they are a large heavily shedding dog) Guests must provide documentation proving the pet is a certified service animal. **PET POLICY & PRICES** Pet friendly upon owners approval. Please always confirm the number of pets you will be bringing along with the size and breed of the pet before booking your reservation. This way I will be able to determine your pet fee total. You will be held responsible for any damages your pet/pets may cause. Please keep you pets crated only if they have a tendency to be destructive. Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Please always keep you pets leashed when outdoors. Please pick up after your pets. Pet fees are an additional charge that are not included in the booking price. Pet fee payment requests will be sent to be paid the day before your reservation date. Payment requests will be sent to the email address that is linked to your Airbnb account. You will have 72 hours to accept and pay the pet fee. If the pet fees are not paid within 72 hours there will be an extra $25.00 late fee applied. I require a one time Non refundable $100.00 pet fee. 2 Dogs Maximum. If they are large heavier shedding dogs you may susceptible to pay more in pet fee's up to $125 per dog. Guest access Guest have access to entire home including washer and dryer, outside deck, grill, fireplace/firewood, and sourrounding upper level area. Guest do not have access to the locked closet in the laundry room. Other things to note This home is a bi level duplex.
