Fully equipped house, located at the top of a mountain inside a gated community, 10 minute walk to the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants and stores nearby. Short drive from Liberia Airport (20 min). Enjoy a concert of birds and monkeys every dusk and dawn, spectacular sunsets views of Playas del Coco. Close to nature, but not far away from commodities! The space This is a single story house that has it all: modern amenities, a private quiet location, and proximity to all that Playas del Coco has to offer. All the rooms in the house have magnificent ocean views. The kitchen is right next to the living and dining rooms and there is a half bathroom in that area. The infinity pool which is completely private and of exclusive use of the house's guests, is in front of the open terrace that has a complete view of Playas del Coco. The BBQ area (gas and charcoal) is next to the pool. There are 4 lounge chairs near the pool and also outdoor furniture with seating for 8 people. The master bedroom and the second bedroom have its own terrace seating for 2 people and independent access. Each of the bedrooms has a full bathroom, closet, hangers and its own air conditioning and remote. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, excluding the garage. Even though guests will not have access to the garage, there is room for 3 cars inside the property, so if you are driving, parking will not be an issue. The kitchen is very well equipped (large refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, blender, rice cooker, toaster, small oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and with dishes, pans, etc.) with all utensils for any guest who is planning to cook during their stay. Basic cooking oil, salt and pepper are also available. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer and is of exclusive use of house guests. Fiber Optic Internet access, WiFi and Cable TV are included in the rental. There is also a safe to keep your valuables. We provide towels, beach towels, and beach chairs and clean sheets. The infinity pool is of exclusive use of this house guests (no-one else will use the pool during your stay). Guests will enjoy a private stay without having to share space with owners or other renters. The house is located inside a safe gated community called Isabella. It is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The property is very private, duly fenced and has an electric gate that you may operate with a remote control. If you are arriving by airplane and land at Liberia International Airport (LIR), it is a 30 minute drive to the house. A shuttle may drive you to the house at Playas del Coco, for about $50-$60. If you land in San Jose Airport (SJO), it is a 4 hour drive. Other things to note The house is located on the top of a mountain and it is a short walk from the beach (about 600 meters). Walking uphill may be hard for some people. If you are not driving a car and you don't want to walk uphill, you may either rent a golf cart or take a taxi that could take you uphill for about $2-$3. The house has 2 beautiful bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. The second bedroom does not have a connecting door to the Master Bedroom. You may access the second bedroom from the hallway that passes on the back of the house and/or using the front glass door that takes you to the patio and pool area. If you are traveling with small children, please consider if the house distribution will work for your family.
