The property was fully renovated in 2018 by renowned interior design firm Dulce Huerta Interior Design and Fine Carpentry; its design keeps the most representative Baja´s architectural elements such as exposed brick walls, polished cement, and original artisan made floors. All the art found at the studios and lofts was painted by local artists representing the Sea of Cortez marine life diversity. One of the main goals in the design process was to keep the essence of the original building with the 1960´s La Paz architectural elements.
