St Stand on Listepka is my vibrant memory and childhood dream. The land we built our eco-friendly cottage has been part of my family for over 100 years. We want to share this charming, beautiful place with other people looking for moments for ourselves, in the current “strange” times. It is very important here to feel nature around, respect for nature and climate. UStań is the perfect base for relaxing, secluded, meditation, quiet, and reading a good book. We invite you. The space The cottage is perfect for a couple, although 4 people can comfortably rest here. Two on a mezzanine bed, two on a sofa bed in the living room. Ground floor: - Windmill with guest closets - open space with kitchenette, living/dining room and large sliding window - exit to the terrace with a beautiful panorama - the terrace (24 m2) has a sliding awning, which on sunny days allows you to relax freely outside, - bathroom with shower, heated floor, radio. Mezzanine: - this is a large bedroom with a French herringbone on the wall that has steep but comfortable duck stairs with a railing, - Queen size bed 180/200, bedside tables, bookshelf. From the bed a beautiful view of the Tatras, Pieniny and Lake Czorsztyn. The rooms have large windows, which offer a beautiful view of the Tatras, Pieniny. From the windows or patio, we can admire sunrises and sunsets. At the stand, recharge your batteries, reset with the mountain viewpoint in front of your nose. Welcome. Guest access In front of the building there is free parking for 2 cars Other things to note The house is very human-friendly because it was made of natural materials (wood, straw, snowshoes from annual plants, ECO oils based on flax, paint, etc.) We don't have TVs, but we have a bookshelf, board games where everyone can find something for themselves ATTENTION! In the house we have steep stairs that we tested for sober guests :) We don't wear shoes around the house Flies that can accompany us during the summer months We don't change towels every day (only if you ask) We promote garbage segregation by guests If you're lucky, you'll see hosts in the area of May-September Check-in and checkout times Check-in from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after 10:00 PM key pick up from the safe Departure from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. If possible, we'll expedite check-in / delay checkout (please contact us just before check-in) We don't accept pets, but not because we don't love them. From our own experience, we know that pets respond to the proximity of the wild fauna that surrounds the building, and in the evenings often visit its surroundings.
