This cozy Farmhouse Cottage was completely remodeled in recent years and is tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, giving you the opportunity to unwind and relax after a day of traveling. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or for a comfortable place to stay while visiting Massillon, Canton, or surrounding areas, then this is your dream house! Berlin is only 30 minutes away. Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, 26 min. Pro Football Hall of Fame, 17 min. Clay’s Park, 15 min. Wooster, 28 min. The space The Farmhouse Cottage is a cute house with 856 sq. ft. The living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and bathroom are all on the main level. Guests do not have access to the basement or garage. Cleanliness is of extreme importance to us for our guests. All bedding is washed after each use. Guest access Guests will park in front of garage or in driveway. Other things to note Please do not invite other people over. Strictly NO PARTIES or events policy! Strictly NO smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes in the house. Absolutely no marijuana or illegal drugs in any form allowed on premises. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. We have a strict NO pet policy.
