Our lovingly renovated house, which was modernized in the summer of 2017 with a lot of heart and dedication, is located in the idyllic Steinbachweg 8 and offers you the perfect break from everyday life. In our three cozy and stylishly furnished apartments you can enjoy absolute peace and relaxation amidst the breathtaking nature. The space Relax in our cozy and sunny 50 sqm non-smoking apartment. The apartments were completely redesigned in 2017 and furnished in Bavarian, modern/chic style. The apartment is on the first floor of a single-family house with a separate staircase. The entire floor is equipped with underfloor heating that can be controlled separately for each room. The comfortably bright and friendly apartment has free Wi-Fi (for our guests), cable TV including Internet access and radio. The kitchenette in the living/dining room has an electric stove (4 burners) with oven, fridge and freezer. A coffee machine, kettle and toaster are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in large shower as well as a towel warmer and underfloor heating, bright and modern. The bedroom has a French double bed (150 cm by 190 cm) with additional ample storage space. On your balcony you can relax and enjoy the sun in your course. Parking spaces are available for each apartment directly at the house in sufficient numbers, the bus stop can be reached by our guests in just a few minutes' walk. The local bus is free of charge for you with our guest card. As a special service, the use of the ski lifts in the ski resort at Benz-Eck (1.2 km as the crow flies) as well as the outdoor swimming pools Reit im Winkl and Kössen is free of charge for you as our guest. All surrounding summer and winter activities (and shopping) are also within walking distance. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is directly at the apartment building in winter, in summer you also start all tours (hiking or mountain biking) directly from your apartment on Steinbachweg.
