Your private 4-bedroom suite is located on an historic road in Summerland. As you drive up the road you will find the lovely home with 4 large and historically protected maple trees bordering the front of the property. There is a curved driveway past the front entrance of the home taking you to the ample parking area. From the spacious suite (approximately 1500 sq. ft.), your private entrance opens directly to a large yard for the delight of children and adults. The yard is surrounded by tall cedars and shrubs and backs onto a cherry orchard which affords you total privacy as you relax and dine in the gazebo (seating for 10), relax in the sun in the papasan chairs or dine at the table under an umbrella with seating for 6. There is a barbecue exclusively for your use. You are invited to pick some cherries in season from the 1 remaining cherry tree (as 2 trees grew old and became unsafe) and to enjoy seasonal fresh vegetables from the garden. Children can play in the playhouse, enjoy the sandbox , climb-swing-slide on the play structure or explore the yard on the tricycle path. There are bikes available for children and adults. There are many yard games available including a ping pong table outside. From your suite it is a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the streets of downtown, with its quaint stores, coffee shops, restaurants, parks … The beaches of Summerland are a 3 minute drive away. Parks, trails, vineyards … are all just a few minutes away by car. Summerland and the Okanagan Valley is truly a beautiful place to vacation and, of course, to live.
