If you are a traveling nurse or caretaker, I am just 1 mile from Willamette Hospital and 4.5 miles from Riverbend. Easy access to public transportation, and a perfect place to stay for the Olympic trials at the U of O. Full Disclosure: no maid service unless stay is a week or longer (this includes clean sheets and towels). I won't be changing the sheets but will give them to you, so you can.
