This home is listed without A/C because it struggles to stay cool in high temps. There is a floor model A/C unit in the living room. This home has no oven but it has a microwave, airfryer & toaster oven. Dogs MUST be added to your reservation. NO CATS!!! There is a 50.00 pet fee. No reservations longer than 14 days The space Small and cozy renovated farmhouse on a country road. There is a queen bed and a full size pull out sofa as well. The A/C Struggles to keep up during high temps and high humidity. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and Living room. We also have a floor model indoor ac unit set up in the livingroom. Guest access Enjoy the whole home to yourselves for a peaceful getaway. Other things to note The coffee table in the livingroom is on casters to make it easy to roll when using the sofa bed.
