Guest access We kindly ask that you arrive between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to our Kivoya Vacation Rentals Office in Encanto Living Building. Other things to note NON-REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT US $39+Taxes (US $42.12) - The Non-Refundable Security Deposit Protection Plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay $400 USD coverage.Any damages that exceed the amount covered as per nonrefundable security deposit paid will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit due to inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of the amount covered. Security Deposit Protection varies depending on the size of the property. It is your responsibility to report unintentional damage that is caused to your Property. Intentional Damages and/or theft are not covered through the Security Deposit Protection Plan and will be charged above and beyond to the credit card on file. Intentional Damages not covered include but are not limited to: - Theft of personal or real property. - Damage to the property or the contents of the property. Guest is financially and legally responsible for all damage to the property. - Exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy as stipulated in the reservation contract. - Violating the building or homeowner association rules. - Smoking inside the property. - Pets on property where not allowed. - Parties or gathering of excessive amount of people. - Noise Disturbances. - Illegal or immoral acts. - Maintaining hazardous, poisonous, corrosive or flammable substances.
