Basilikos traditional house, 10' from Falasarna

The authentic traditional, stone house Nolan is located just outside the town of Kissamos, on the way to the famous Falasarna beach and close to the road to Balos. The amphitheater location offers unobstructed views of the bay of Kissamos and the cape of Gramvousa. The construction of stone and wood and the abundant light give a special feeling. Up to 6 guests can be accommodated in the 3 bedrooms, while the house is surrounded by terraces and has a BBQ and garden. The space Nolan is an authentic Cretan house made of natural materials such as stone and wood. It was built by our ancestors and recently renovated. Our goal was for the house to offer modern comforts, but at the same time to preserve those elements that give it character and capture memories. The house is located on the first floor of an independent building and has its own entrance and autonomous outdoor areas, offering privacy. The entrance is on the south terrace, which has an outdoor dining area and BBQ overlooking the garden. In the spacious, bright living room there is a fireplace and a TV. The stone arch separates the living room from the dining room and the kitchen. A variety of household and electrical appliances make preparing meals easy, while there is also the option to dine on the large terrace overlooking the sea, the mountain and the village. The large, dense trees in front of your house isolate the residence from the main road. The bedrooms are spacious, bright and offer peace. They have air conditioning, closets and comfortable mattresses and pillows to ensure you sleep comfortably. The two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two singles. For the convenience of our guests, we added during the renovation a second bathroom, one of which also has a washing machine. Guest access The accommodation, the outdoor areas and the BBQ of the house are for the exclusive use of our guests. In front of the house there is always free parking space for one or more cars.
