My place is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center, convenience store, gas station.. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, the ambiance, new construction, clean, air conditioning.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Other things to note For groups of 10+ cost is $250 pesos (approx. $12.50 dollars) per person per night. Children 5 and under are free. Individuals are $500 pesos per night and $800 pesos per couple, per night. *Willing to provide discount depending on amount of nights and/or volume of guests. Please call my cell directly. Next to small grocery store (basics incl meats, produce, milk etc), walking distance to gas station and OXXO convenience store. 5 minutes or less drive to the beach, you can walk, but it's difficult with small children, since there's a highway to cross. Cheap taxi service available also (approx $1 dollar to city center). 3 story new home, rent one room or the entire floor.
