Entire 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood close to Mercyhurst University and downtown Erie! Just a short drive (15-20 minutes) from Presque Isle, Waldameer Park, and the Erie Zoo. Enjoy all of the comforts of home at this house. This house is family friendly and in a walkable neighborhood. Check in after 3pm Check out 10am Absolutely no parties or events allowed. This house is a non-smoking house. Smart TV allows you to connect to Netflix, etc. Kitchen fully stocked with all the necessities. Bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Room for one car in the driveway but ample street parking is available. There are a pack-n-play and a high chair available upon request. Guests have access to entire house and backyard. I will be available through text or phone call as needed. I live close by and can easily help out if a problem arises. Erie is known for Presque Isle State Park and all of its beaches and walking paths. Also home to world-class sunsets! Great restaurants and bars are just a short distance away. Enjoy the many sporting events and concerts that Erie has to offer while you are here! You will need a car to get around Erie but Uber is available if needed.
