The PCB Tiki House is the only real Tiki House in PCB. This is not a tacky neon tiki hut, but a true Polynesian inspired Tiki House. Enjoy the super cool Tiki Room with foosball, tiki bar, and TV. The house has a very private yard with a private POOL, a tiki hut, BBQ, corn hole, and giant connect four. We want the house to be a fun part of your beach experience, not just the place you stay while you are on vacation. The space Welcome to PCB's only Tiki House. Charming original beach house, Mid Century Modern furnishings and Tiki Theme: we call it "Tiki Modern". We worked hard to try to keep the charm of the old beach house when we did the makeover. We restored the old Terrazzo floors and kept the green tile in the bathroom and some of the 1970's light fixtures. It all ties together great. This 4 bedroom ranch sleeps 11. No stairs! Maximum number of guests: 8 adults and 3 children/teenagers - The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bath. - The second bedroom has also a king bed. - The third bedroom has two queens. - The fourth one has a bunk bed with a trundle, so it can accommodate 3 kids. (bunk-beds no suitable for adults) The kitchen has brand new custom cabinets, quartz counters, and new Samsung appliances. There is a 65-inch TV in the living room and a 55-inch TV, a Foosball table, and Tiki bar in the Tiki Room! Yes, this place has it's own Tiki Room! In the backyard, there is a private pool and a Tiki Hut with a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool. Perfect place to watch the kids playing in the pool, relax with a Tiki drink, or to be out of the sun while still enjoying being outside. The yard also has an outdoor shower. There is a BBQ grill, corn-hole, and a giant connect four game. Golf Cart: You can rent the golf cart for the duration of your stay for $250/ minimum stay up to a week. It is available to go to and from the beach. It is not permitted to drive along Front Beach Rd or Hwy 98. Let us know if you are interested in renting it too. Beach Gear: we offer beach chairs, beach cart and cooler. We do not include beach towels. You won't find another house like this anywhere on the Gulf Coast. Other things to note Minimum age: +25 Maximum number of guests: 8 adults and 3 children/teenagers (bunk beds not suitable for adults) Rental agreement signed is required to complete booking. Golf Cart available ($250/per stay-up to one week) to go to and from the beach. Not to use at night. Family oriented. No parties. Check in before 4pm only when available. If checking in before 3pm there will be a $100 fee (only possible if the house is ready and available).
