Bookings of up to 12 guests, are provided with: - 4 bedrooms, having a double bed each - 2 bedrooms, having 2 single beds each For each additional guest after the first 12, a single bed (regular bed, not folding) is added in the rooms having a double bed. From here you can access the outdoor area including the swimming pool. The main bathroom and 2 bedrooms are also found on this floor. 𝔽𝕚𝕣𝕤𝕥 𝕗𝕝𝕠𝕠𝕣: This floor is primarily composed of the other 4 bedrooms, each having its own ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms overlook the pool area and offer splendid countryside panoramas and views of the Cittadella. 𝕂𝕚𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕟: Has loads of storage space and it's fully equipped. A large dining table seats 12 persons. 𝕃𝕚𝕧𝕚𝕟𝕘: Has a large and comfortable sofa and an AC. The TV comes with 90+ channels (including sports) and is equipped with an HDMI cable for easy connection with laptops, PS’s, ect. 𝕆𝕦𝕥𝕕𝕠𝕠𝕣 𝕂𝕚𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕟: A 5 burner gas BBq makes it easy to cook a lot of food at once. It is equipped with a sink offering convenience for washing grilling utensils, cutlery, ect right on the spot. 𝔹𝕖𝕕𝕣𝕠𝕠𝕞𝕤: 5 out of 6 come with an en-suite bathroom. They all have an AC which can be operated via a pay-per-use system. 𝕆𝕦𝕥𝕕𝕠𝕠𝕣 𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕥: You can relax and bask in the sun by the pool, either lounging on the sunbeds (5) or the outdoor mattresses (4). A large waterproof pergola shades the outdoor dining table from the sun and shelters the area, making it possible to use the BBq and eat outside even on rainy days. Other things to note 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀/𝗕𝗲𝗱𝘀: If extra beds are needed for additional guests (groups of 13 to 16 persons), Airbnb will automatically charge for them when you input the number of guests during the booking process. If the number of guests does not exceed 12, but extra beds are required for any reason, they will be charged separately at a rate of €15/bed/night for the entire duration of the stay. In such a case, guests should notify me of the number of extra beds required, at least 2 days before check-in. 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: All ACs operate on a pay-per-use system, where guests need to insert €1 and €2 coins into a coin meter to activate any of the ACs. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: As a standard, check in time is at 2pm. However if other guests are leaving on the same day of your arrival, your check in time has to be delayed by 1.5 hours. This is to allocate enough time for the place to be well cleaned. Cleanliness is a top priority! In this eventuality, you'll be notified at least a few days in advance.
