It is a newly renovated house, designed with you , the Airbnb traveler, in mind . It’s open concept, split level lay out provides a fresh clean flow . House has been upgraded to being fully air conditioned: kitchen & sitting area ,and both bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort .( Although we ask to be environmentally concious, in using Energy) The bathroom has been updated to provide a spa like feel with hot and cold water .High speed internet is provided to keep u in continuous communication with the world. The upstairs balcony comes with hammocks and lounge chairs so that you can enjoy the breath taking views while you sip on your favorite beverage. Furthermore, the famous Cahal Pech Mayan ruin is only a 3 minute walk away . Great restaurants, bars and grocery stores are only a few minutes walk away and down town is only a 5 minute drive away. Walking to downtown/farmers market is also a popular option, however, taxis are also readily available . This is truly a unique spot and we are happy to be able to share it with you ! Guests have access to entire house . It is suitable for a family of up to 4 or for 2 couples. Due to Covid 19 minimal personal contact is practiced. But I am readily available to guests, just a text away ,and interaction is based on the needs and wants of the guests. Furthermore it is a safe and friendly neighborhood. Walking is the best way to get around town, but taxis are available for a minimal fare . Since we boast panoramic view you would rightly guess we are on the hilly side. As of April 2021 Breezy Panorama house is under the Gold Standard Status and is required to charge and submit Accommodation tax of 9% on roomrate to Belize Tourism Board . please note that this payment will be requested to be paid via Airbnb Resolution Center as Belize is not under their jurisdiction to collect and submit .
