Valdeacederas is an administrative neighborhood of Madrid belonging to the Tetuán district, located in the northwest of the city. Its limits are to the south Marqués de Viana Street and Paseo de la Dirección, to the north Sinesio Delgado Street, to the east with Pinos Alta and Bravo Murillo streets and to the west with Villaamil Street. Bravo Murillo Street is a street in the Spanish city of Madrid. Its route runs through the districts of Chamberí and Tetuán in a south-north direction from the Quevedo roundabout, near the city center, to the Plaza de Castilla. The northern part of its route partially corresponds to a section of the old Madrid-Irún highway (so called until the 1970s), which, leaving Madrid, crossed Tetuán de las Victorias and Chamartín de la Rosa. The name of the street, which dates back to 1875, is in memory of Juan Bravo Murillo, a nineteenth-century liberal politician responsible for the construction of the Canal de Isabel II.1 This street is divided into two parts by the Cuatro Caminos roundabout. From said roundabout to the south, the oldest part corresponding to the Chamberí district, is one-way (north to south), and from the roundabout to the north, the most modern part, is two-way. It is one of the first streets under which tunnels of the Madrid Metro network run. Specifically since 1924 in the southern section the tunnel of line 2 runs, from 1929 the tunnel of line 1 in the northern section to the middle of it and in 1961 to the end of the street. Commuter Madrid The neighborhood does not have commuter stations. The closest is Chamartín (C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, C-7, C-8, C-10 and medium and long distance trains, Castilla neighborhood, Chamartín district) to the one that is arrived by means of the line 1 of meter. Madrid's Underground The coverage of the neighborhood by the metro offers two stations on line 1, and they are located on the edge of the neighborhood: Tetuán and Valdeacederas. Buses Due to the lack of rail coverage, buses constitute the backbone of transport in the neighborhood, highlighting line 49, which serves the center of the neighborhood, very far from all major communication lines. It is very important and necessary that the arrival time be specified, since we must prepare the apartment. Check-ins will take place between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., at the accommodation itself. If you want to check-in outside these hours, ask if possible, you can collect your keys in a safe located in one of our central buildings. On December 24 and 31 the Check-in time is until 3:00 p.m. On December 25 and January 1, no entries are made. Check-out must be done before 11:00 am. From that time, Apartamentos Temporales reserves the right to access the accommodation without prior notice. Check-out is possible outside these hours, upon request and availability. Our apartments are Pet Friendly, but supplements may be applied depending on the pets due to the need for a more thorough cleaning after the stay.
