A beautiful 3-room apartment on the 1st floor of an historic building located in the centre of Old Gallipoli, a few steps from the Cathedral. Original frescoes, vintage cement tiles, vaulted ceilings in all rooms and breath taking sea view. References to the building's history are preserved without compromising on modern essentials, including air conditioning in all rooms and free WiFi.  THE LIVING AREA A comfortable living room with a sofa bed and TV - a great place to relax in the evenings! The space The kitchenette has a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher , washing machine, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine .  THE BEDROOMS 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom is wonderfully unique, with a stunning 4-poster bed and magnificent frescoes on the vaulted ceiling. The other has 2 single beds, which can be joined together to create one double bed. Original decorative cement tiles feature throughout, adding vibrant colour to the spacious and bright rooms. THE BATHROOM Spacious, clean and beautifully presented with a large walk-in shower. THE TERRACE Ascend two flights of condo staircase to the roof of the building, where an exclusive terrace, or belvedere, has been created. This is the highest part of the terrace and offers you breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the quaint streets of the Old Town. The terrace is completely private and has a large outdoor shower. Take breakfast at the table and chairs here, enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars, or simply relax in the sunshine on the gazebo-covered sofa.  Thanks to the heating system, you can enjoy the beauty of Gallipoli also in the charming winter months.  BBQ and all the necessary for children of all ages are available for free on request.  During the summer, you can park at the harbour, a few 100 meters away. Car access and parking is restricted in the historical center during the summer season. . City Tax: The tourist tax is not due. Other things to note During the summer, you can park at the harbour, a few 100 metres away. Car access and parking is restricted in the historical centre during the summer season. There are 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment and a steeper set of stairs for the terrace.
