Excellent for exploring the surroundings of Dubrovnik and for nice long walks along the coastline. Private terrace features a hot tub, shower and barbecue. Free parking. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a private house in a residential area. Features fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and three bedrooms of which one is located on the second floor. Please notice that the room upstairs is open plan. The apartemnt is spacious featuring a balcony accessible through the kitchen. There is a a 90 m2 large terrace with barbecue, hot tub and shower accessible through the main staircase. Terrace is private. Guest access Besides the terrace that you can access through the kitchen there is also one larger 90 m2 terrace outside the apartment. Due to Covid19 for your safety the terrace will not be shared but will be used exclusively by you. Other things to note The sea is beneath the house and locals do go swimming here but the most beautiful beaches in Dubrovnik area are only few miles away. It is in the residential area. Can be noisy during the day and peaceful and quiet during the night.
