Newly renovated house in scenic, quiet surroundings

If you want to experience authentic Danish coziness, here is a unique opportunity. This is the original farmhouse for Kirkeskovgaard. The house was completely renovated in 2020. The home is located in scenic surroundings with direct views of several lakes, meadows and grazing Icelandic horses as well as a completely unique wildlife. If you need peace, quiet and space for recharging and reflection, then this is clearly a house for you. The space The property is the original farmhouse for Kirkeskovgaard, where the host couple themselves live. The host, Jakob, is the 7th generation here and it was Jakob's great-grandfather who built the house in 1908. The hosts bought back the house in 2019 and have subsequently renovated it. The perfect place for families and possibly couples of friends who appreciate tranquility and beautiful nature. Guest access With its own carport, view and sun terrace and garden. Guests are welcome to take walks on the place's cozy and scenic trails as well as to make fires (firewood can be purchased on site) and/or grill food at the shelter, about 500 meters from the house and with fantastic lake views. Wilderness bath for 4-5 people, can be used for an additional payment of EUR 60 per day - this is payment for firewood, water and cleaning - it can be booked by sending a message to the hosts. You are responsible for heating (instructions are available on site). Start-up about 3 - 4 hours before desired use. Other things to note As a guest here, you are welcome to enjoy Kirkeskovgaard's hiking trails, fire pits, shelter and cozy places.
