Within 1/4 mile is a grocery, restaurants, a park for kids with disabilities and dogs, biking and hiking trails, and 2 golf courses. A common area gated pool and fishing lake. The University is only 3 miles and easy to get to. Pets accepted with a deposit. A free washer and dryer, fully furnished kitchen with coffee makers and a fenced backyard. Free Wifi, TV, washer, dryer and all the linens you will need. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath, all private, that is well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with accessories and appliances needed for cooking. A coffee maker with filters, tubs,and coffee is furnished. It is a very safe area for the kids to play outsied. Pets must be on a leash when walked. The park mentioned also has batting cages. You will have complete and private access to the entire space with your own backyard. It is a self check in with a lock box for the key. Directions and the lock box code are given 5 days prior to your arrival or immediately depending on when you have completed your booking. A Winn Dixie grocery store and liquor store is only 1/4 mile away. Our favorite eating stops are Edgars-breakfast or lunch. China One,TCBY, Billy Bob's, Chick-Fil-A, McAlister's, Zoe's, Ruby Tuesday's, Archibald's barbecue, Hooligan's Greek food, Southern Ale. Evangeline's is an upscale and relaxing restaurant with great food . All of these and numerous others are within 1 mile or less. Sokol park with hiking and biking trails. Also has an updated play ground and dog area. Ole Colony golf curse and Indian Hills Country Club is less than a mile away. Sidewalks are available for walking and going to TCBY or Winn Dixie. Many people bicycles in these areas. This is only 6 miles from the University campus. My wife and I have gone to great lengths to make this a perfect place to stay. We follow strict rules for cleaning and disinfecting. No parties allowed. No smoking inside the property. Be assured that all linens have been freshly cleaned and sanitized.
