DIaporos view summer house

Situated in Vourvourou in Chalkidiki this summer house is a 120 s.m. villa with a magnificent view to the Diaporos islands complex. The building is situated in a 2,500 s.m. property planted with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants and flowers. In front of the house, there is a rocky, isolated beach, while a small sandy bay is within a five-minute walk. The space On the upper floor, where the main entrance is, there is an open area including the living room, dinning room, a kitchen and a separate bathroom. On the bottom floor there are three bedrooms, all overlooking the sea, one more bathroom and a second kitchen. Both kitchens are fully equipped. The capacity of this villa is for six persons. There is an air conditioner upstairs that covers all the living room and the kitchen, and three more units downstairs, one in each bedroom. Also, there is a 40’’ smart TV, and a DVD player as well as wireless internet connection. Big verandas surround the house upstairs and downstairs. Additionally, there is a big barbeque and a traditional oven in the garden. A path leads you to a small, rocky isolated bay, where you can swim in the blue crystal waters. Also at a distance of 150 meters there is a beautiful small sandy beach about 40 meters long. Nearby is Nikiti, a big village, where there are super markets and various tavernas.
