Galena is a 1-bedroom unit measuring 24 square meters, located on the 26th floor of a high-rise condominium in Mandaue City, Cebu. The unit is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette, allowing guests to prepare their meals, and it features a comfortable queen-size bed and a dining table. The space has a calm and stylish atmosphere, with a modern and minimalist touch. One of the highlights of this property is the stunning view it offers, overlooking the mountains and the city. Guests can enjoy this breathtaking view from the comfort of their room. Additionally, there is a pool available for guests to relax and unwind, providing an opportunity to jumpstart a wonderful day. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE The condominium property management team is currently implementing STRICT precautionary measures of ENTRY REQUIREMENTS for guest. All guests are required to submit valid IDs (passport for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for locals). An authorization letter signed by the host or unit owner shall be submitted along with photocopies of the guests’ IDs or passports. Please provide all the necessary documents required at least 3 days prior to your arrival. These are required by the property for security reasons. By submitting your IDs, you agree to disclose all ID-related information in compliance of the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines. Guests are given a unique digital lock code which will be given after submission of pre check in requirements and within 24 hours prior to your check-in schedule. 3rd guest will be sleeping in a sofa / sofa bed in the living area. PARKING : We dont have parking slot in this building but condo admin have parking space for rent . First 3 hrs is free . Succeeding hours is at Php100 per hour. Overnight Parking - 500Php ( 11pm - 6am ) succeeding is 100PHP /HR Weekly parking - 1100 Php Monthly parking - 4300Php POOL USE OF SWIMMING POOL Interim House Rules : 1. Pool operation 10am to 8pm ( Monday to Friday) 8am to 8pm ( Saturday and Sunday) Free for 2 guests and a fee of Php100 per guest per use for additional guests. ( Max of 3 guests / unit ) Please note that the fees imposed by the BUILDING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and not by us HOST. *CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES* Check in time is at 3pm. Check out time is at 11am. Please be guided that all guest need to check in and out at the exact times as the cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare for the next guest. Please keep in mind that as an AIRBNB guest, you’re staying in other people’s home, not in a hotel. Consider it as if it’s your own home too.
