The large bay window invites you to relax and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The couch can be converted into a comfortable bed (140 × 200 cm) if needed. The bright bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate. The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed and a walk-in closet that provides ample storage space for the whole family. In the basement, there is enough space for you to safely store skis, sleds and bicycles. The garden is exclusively reserved for guests of the apartment. The apartment is located in a residential complex where many families with children live. We therefore ask you to drive particularly carefully and slowly throughout the entire area. Guest access In the basement there is a ski and storage room with enough space for skis, sleds and bicycles. The garden with a hanging chair, lawn, sun loungers and cozy dining area is reserved exclusively for guests of the Alpennest. The playground with a slide and trampoline in the courtyard opposite is available for use and offers additional space to play and let off steam. Other things to note Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine. The local tax is not included in the nightly rate and amounts to €4.80 per person per night. The cross-country ski trail runs in the immediate vicinity of the house and offers direct access to the extensive cross-country ski trail network.
