Located in the village of Topola, between Balchik and Kavarna, the villa offers a beautiful view of the sea, a cozy atmosphere, and everything needed for a carefree vacation. The area is known for its nature, clean air, and proximity to some of the most beautiful spots on the Northern Black Sea coast. The house has three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, and two separate toilets. It is suitable for families and groups of up to 8 people who want to feel comfortable and at ease during their stay. For your convenience, each room has a TV, and we have made sure to provide towels and the necessary supplies for your stay. Most of our guests' favorite place is the yard. There you will find a saltwater pool that creates a pleasant feeling of freshness and comfort during the hot summer days. There is also a barbecue area where you can gather with family and friends for pleasant evenings under the open sky. Mornings here start calmly—with coffee on the veranda and a view of the pool. And when the sun begins to set, the second-floor terrace reveals a beautiful panorama of the sea and the surrounding area. Just a short distance away are the White Lagoon, Tuzla, Balchik, Kavarna, and Cape Kaliakra.
