This is a ground level home-extra clean and bright. Comes fully equippped with all linens, towels, flat-screens, Wi-fi, parking. Few minutes stroll down the shell lane to the beautiful beach with no roads to cross. Short walk to village shops, restaurants, galleries. Paradise! The space Pets welcomed with a $175 pet charge. During Dec-May must be rented for one week minimum-and Sat-Sat. During the rest of the year, flexible on arrival and departure days. Always one week minimum. House is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest stay. Guest access Located in the village area of Captiva, with a short walk to all restaurants, shops and galleries. Park your car and never use it. Or a 15 minute car ride to Sanibel. Bike lanes available for the entire length of Captiva (7miles) and Sanibel (11 miles). Other things to note Cancellation policies remain in force, except when government or weather issues prevent occupancy. Guests can receive 100% refund if restrictions apply.
