Then break out a few board games for a zany family game night the kids will remember for years. (With plenty of freshly popped popcorn, of course!) Take the family dog out for a good long walk -- you'll have access to a beautiful meadow and walking trails, so be sure to pack a snack. You'll also have a paddleboat, sunfish sailboat, and a canoe at your disposal for hours of fun on the water. Get in some beautiful nature walks when you visit Williams Woods Natural Area (three miles) or Raven Ridge Natural Area (nine miles). Vermont Artisan Village is only eight miles away with all kinds of fun crafts and foods to check out.
