The space We are a family run working 80 acre Beef & Sheep farm situated on the edge of the village of Butterleigh, which boasts a historic church and the popular Butterleigh Inn serving traditional pub food. We are ideally situated in the heart of Mid Devon, only 4 miles off the M5 at junction 28. The historic market town of Tiverton is situated just 3 miles away, which boasts a fascinating Museum featuring local history and railway heritage. The famous Grand Western Canal, as well as supermarkets, takeaways, restaurants, and high-street & independent shops. •Bedroom 1 double •Bedroom 2: king-size zip n link bed, which can be made into two single divan beds. •Fully fitted kitchen - Microwave, 4 ring hob with full size oven and grill, Free standing Fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, Washing machine, toaster & kettle. •Open plan Lounge/ dining area - flat screen TV and DVD player, Sofa bed, full size dining room table (seats 6) •Bathroom – Spacious Electric shower, hand basin & WC •Electric heaters throughout the lodge. •Sleeps 4 (+2 - sofa bed in lounge to accommodate 2 guests. Other things to note Starlink Satellite Wi-Fi - Enjoy download speeds of up to 190Mbps Mobile Phone signal:- Mobile phone coverage is patchy in this area, although you should be able to find a suitable spot where you can get a signal to make & receive calls. We recommend turning on Wi-Fi calling in your smartphone settings.
