PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August) • Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights • Stays must start or end on a Sunday (e.g., Sun–Thurs, Thurs–Sun, Sun–Sun) SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK • 7-night stays must follow a Friday–Friday schedule • Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day • Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (No Saturday check-in or check-out) OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May) • 2-night stays allowed on during weekdays • Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS No check-in or check-out on the following holidays: • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Eve • Christmas Day (Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.) *MUST be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. *Check-In 5pm *Check-out 10am *No smoking, vaping, or parties permitted at this property. *Any pets, events, or weddings must be approved by the owner prior to booking and will include an event or pet fee. *We do have security cameras outside on the property to protect our integrity. *For weddings and events, a minimum of $7,500 surcharge will apply.
