The space The Ranch sits directly across the street from Pappy and Harriet's, Red Dog Saloon, and everything else the highly popular Pioneertown has to offer! A short 20 minute drive to Joshua Tree National Park, 40 to Palm Springs, 60 to Big Bear and 120 to LA makes this your California vacation headquarters! This 1,400 sf ranch style home includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open floor kitchen/dining/living room concept. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, pots, pans, and all the dishes for your stay. No need to bring bedding or towels, and we also provide limited toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also a nice sized back patio with chairs and hot tub, a propane grill, and an unobstructed mountain view to enjoy on starry, moonlit nights. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property and parking on the driveway for 4 vehicles. The person making reservation must be present for entire length of stay and must be an adult 21 years or older. No exceptions. Check in is after 3:00pm. Check out is 11:00am. Please be sure all doors are locked when you leave. The smart lock code is automatically deleted right at 11am. Early check-in is sometimes available with advance notice. Check with host for availability. Other things to note IMPORTANT!! After requesting your dates, stay tuned to the platform and watch for our rental agreement (may take minutes or hours, depending on time of day). If you agree to our terms, reply to our message and we can accept/confirm. If you change your mind, please rescind your request.
