The Ruby is conveniently nestled in the heart of our Fayetteville community! Our condo is located on the 6th floor of The Dickson, right on Dickson Street. The University Of Arkansas, Fayetteville Square, acclaimed trails, restaurants, craft brew pubs, food trucks, shopping, and live music are all a short walk away! The space - Located on 6th floor (accessible by elevator) - 4 guests max - 2 bedrooms - 2 beds - 2 bathrooms - 1 reserved parking spot in parking garage - Self check in Featured amenities - High speed wifi - Smart tvs - Fully stocked kitchen - Premium bed linens - Ultra plush towels - Laundry closet with washer and dryer - Basic cleaning supplies The neighborhood - 1 min walk to Dickson Street - 2 min walk to access walking and bike trail - 3 min walk to the University Of Arkansas - 15 min walk to the Fayetteville Square - 20 min walk (or 5 min drive) to Razorback Stadium - 25 min walk (or 5 min drive) to Bud Walton Arena - 26 min drive to Walmart Amp This unit is located on Dickson Street. Noise can sometimes be an issue, as with any place located on Dickson Street. There is also a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville. The train crossing is located directly next to The Dickson building. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We have stocked the condo with a noise machine in hopes to help with any possible disturbances, House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken) - No pets - No parties - No smoking on or inside property At The Wanderlust Co our mission is to create unforgettable travel memories by offering meticulously curated vacation homes that embody the spirit of adventure and the comfort of home. Guest access You will have a reserved parking spot in the parking garage attached to The Dickson building. The parking garage entry height is 7'3. A fob will be provided to access the building. A code will be provided to access the condo. Additional parking for the unit can be found on lower levels of the parking garage at the expense of the guest. Guests can pay using parking garage meters found near the double doors on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit. Other things to note Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check-in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check-in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
