Other things to note This private beach front home will delight you and instantly put you in relaxation mode! The main floor has an enormous Gulf front king-sized primary bedroom with ensuite bath. The private balcony offers a wonderful spot to wake up to and have your first cup of coffee or bloody mary. Two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds along with a shared full bath are just down the hall. Both bedrooms have sets of French doors leading out to a deck with sound views. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's, and the house is equipped with WIFI, HBO and SHOWTIME! The upper floor offers a huge great room with open concept living and Gulf views that go on forever! Plenty of seating, large flat screen, dining table for 8 and doors that open onto the deck will make you feel as if you can reach out and touch the emerald green water. (Fireplace is decorative only and is not operable for light or heat) You'll also find a completely updated kitchen with all stainless appliances, granite countertops and high-end cabinetry. A table seating 4 and a breakfast bar seating 2 more provide ample spots for meals or snacks. French doors open onto the upper balcony with sound views. A queen-sized bedroom, with a sound view deck as well as a full-sized washer and dryer complete this floor. Covered parking with a gas grill and outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach are all on the ground floor. A 2-man Kayak is also there for your enjoyment!!! Gas grill.
