Sunset House

Sunset House is located on a dead end street with little to no traffic in the town of Trinidad a short walk to everything including beaches & the Trinidad State Park . The ideal location in town with a close view of the ocean and daily gorgeous sunsets from the deck/veranda. There are trails across the street leading to the beach and State Park. 2/10 of a mile to the heart of town which includes a market, shops, restaurants, tennis court , wine tasting room & marine lab. The space The Sunset House is in a serene location on a dead end street Guest access Garage is not accessible to guests Other things to note We require guests to read, sign and return to us our rental agreement prior to their arrival this agreement lists terms such as quiet hours between 10 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. No pets policy. Parking spaces available. Overnight stays limited to guests on rental agreement. No large gatherings ...Overnight guests are limited to 8 adults + 2 children up to 12 years of age. Parking is limited to 5 vehicles maximum. No large gatherings. No Pets No Smoking
