The building is ONE block back from the beach and you can see in our photos the view is down the lane. We are just a few blocks to the Tybee Pier and an easy walk to so many restaurants, coffee shops and retail therapy! NOTES: TVs: We have all NEW TVs that can stream all the new apps. We do NOT have cable, so please bring your login info for your favorite apps. NOISE: This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music, public drunkenness, or parties of any sort, including NO BACHELORETTE/BACHELOR GROUPS! This is a family oriented building with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. Maximum occupancy is 6 people at all times, including infants & children. Parking for maximum of 2 vehicles in covered, ground level, garage area.
