Hawk's Peak, a meticulously maintained split-level mountain home, offers a luxurious and inviting retreat. The upper level features an open concept kitchen and living space, complete with a state-of-the-art La Cornue gas range and a grand island with bar seating. The space The primary suite, also located on this floor, boasts a king bed, television, walk-in closet, and a lavish ensuite bath. The lower level houses an additional king guest room and a bunk room, perfect for younger travelers. The bunk room features two twin over twin bunks, each with an additional trundle bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six children. The bunk room also includes a television and additional space for play, as well as desks for remote learning. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: This TAHOE GETAWAYS vacation rental has surveillance cameras located at the front door and garage door facing out. These have been installed by the rental property owner for security/risk management purposes. We want to reassure our guests that surveillance is strictly prohibited in interior areas or in areas where Guests would have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as an outdoor spa.
