Room T is big enough for your wildest ambitions and your coffee in the morning. There’s approximately 1,000 cupboards here—all presumably concealing tiny French dictators or perhaps, hidden treasures." IG: @the.dutra The space What you’ll find in Room T: –A welcome drink on us –The Malin & Goetz products we have at home –Chemex and local beans from Dark Horse Coffee Roasters –Two-top stove with small kitchenette and breakfast area –Lofted Tuft & Needle bed with Parachute linens –Private patio on the backside of The Dutra –$20/night parking available behind the building by request Two Quirks to Note: -Room T is up four narrow flights of outdoor stairs -The bed is lofted, so you’ll need to use the steps provided to access it Other things to note The Dutra does not allow smoking or pets in room and on the patios. (Though Pet Rocks are permitted.) If you choose to break “the rules,” we charge an extra $500 cleaning fee. One necessary point about our patios: all are private, except for the common lawn on the fourth floor. It’s the one with tiny tub, you can’t miss it. We welcome you to have (up to 2) friends over to our place until 9pm. We love parties, but for big groups or late nights, we ask that you check with us before you arrive. Our walls are a little thin, so your tap dancing, loud seances, bongos, and even your lively conversation can carry. The same goes for photo or film shoots. Please note that, in both cases, you may be charged an extra $500 location or event fee.
