A place to sleep! That's pretty much all there is!

Located 15-20 min/15 mi East of downtown Spokane & 25 min west of Couerd'alene. An easy 5 min drive to I-90, Liberty Lake, restaurants, shopping, urgent care, movie theater, Valley Mall and biking/walking trails. We live 1 block North of the Spokane River in a quiet neighborhood that feels like you are in the country, but you have quick access to everything you could possibly need and super easy to get anywhere via car. 35 min to Silverwood Theme Park, Mt. Spokane or North Spokane. The space This is for people that just need a place to sleep and are working or exploring the area during the day. Comfortable double bed and wifi. I am doing this to help pay the bills. My house is lived in, and may be messy but the room you stay in, is clean! You have access to the bedroom and downstairs bathroom. The upstairs bathroom is mine and is always a mess, so I prefer you use the downstairs bathroom. Microwave and fridge are available for you to use, if you don't mind the cluttered kitchen. I have 3 kids (ages 24,18&13). I am flexible in my arrival times, if arranged for ahead of time. There is a medium sized Dog (Sheltie) and a cat that also live here and are very friendly. We are 5 minutes via car from: I-90, Hwy 290/53, Liberty Lake and Otis Orchards. 2 minute walk to the Spokane River. Biking/walking: 1mile to Barker Centennial Trailhead, 2 mi to Harvard Trailhead. 5 minutes from: Starbucks, Safeway, Yoke's, Wendy's, Carl's Junior, Taco Bell, Gas Stations, Bus Stops (2mi), Urgent Care, Wal-greens, Gas Stations, K&H Grocery, Otis Grill Restaurant, Hay J's, True Legend's Grill, Best Western, Bank of America, Weed Shops, Pizza, Frozen Yogurt, Ding How, Ace Hardware, Post Office, Churches, 8 minutes: Valley Mall, Regal Cinema, Red Robin, Black Angus, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Macy's, Sears, JcPenney's, Kohl's, Ross, Michael's, Hobby Lobby, Total Wine, BarnesNnoble, Japanese Food, 10 minutes: Fred Meyer, Dairy Queen, Zips, Panda Express, Big 5, Sally's Beauty, 15 minutes: Nashville North (country dancing/bar), Strip Club (Stateline), Valley Hospital. 20 minutes: Spokane, Riverpark Square, Deaconess Hospital, AMC Theater, 35 minutes: Silverwood Theme Park, Mt. Refrigerator. During your stay I pretty much leave you alone. I am available via text, but don't get them right away. My texts to my children often arrive hours after they are sent. There's four of us here, so you might bump into my older children a bit more than me. Not being rude, just busy life. My kids have to share common spaces with guests at their dads house and keep the house super clean and uncluttered, so that's why I limit guest access, market as a place just to sleep, let guests know the house areas we occupy may be cluttered (lived in) and charge less than most. Other things to note We have one dog and one cat. My house will be disorganized, but it is clean. For the most part you will hardly know the kids are home. I had some water damage in the bathroom, so the washer and dryer are pulled away from the wall a bit and a fan is running until I can get someone out here to fix it.
