Recently renovated full bath upstairs with tub. Huge (like really huge) finished basement with TV room, extra bedroom and full bath with shower. House sleeps 8.5 (4 couples, one crib-sized human) and everyone will have a private bedroom with an actual bed, even your kid sister and her new bae, no futons or pullouts in sight. Only 2 of you? That’s fine too, you’ll have 4 beds to choose from, Goldilocks, and we’ve priced so it will work for you as well. We are putting every penny we can scrounge up back into this house so there are new details every month. Recently we added a gorgeous marble vanity and china sink to the upstairs bath, and refinished the kitchen counters. Next on our list is plush new carpet for the basement (done by March). We do it all ourselves, with the enthusiastic help of our toddler, so it means a lot to us that you take good care of our house. Guest access We provide good quality coffee and tea. There's a fully equipped kitchen you are welcome to use, in fact you can use anything in the kitchen or bathroom, soap, shampoo, lotion, toothpaste, hair drier, condiments in the fridge, enjoy! There's a crib and toys for your munchkin, outlets are covered and we've got a spare stroller and highchair on site. Driveway parking for three cars. Street parking is free. After many requests we recently added basic cable, so you’ll get the news, major sporting events, and local Pittsburgh WTAE channels. There’s even a couple Spanish language channels. Other things to note Brand new listing, so we've only got a few reviews, but we are seasoned hosts and frequent airbnb guests, so we know what you'll like. If you are traveling with a dog, we will consider hosting you and your dog. Please contact us. About the cleaning fee. Our cleaners work hard and do a great job keeping our house in tip top shape. We charge what we do in order to pay them fairly for their time.
