La Canocchia is a small fishermen's house overlooking the harbor. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including washer-dryer, induction cooktop, hot/cold heat pumps, dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, the center and all the essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and double bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax €2/person/day to be paid on site). Other things to note Linen for the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are provided. Dishes and pans, too. There are household and dishwashing detergents. For personal use, only liquid soap. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are up to you. Parking in front of the house and throughout the area is free. You can usually find a spot easily. If you arrive by train, let me know: I can give you a ride. With check-in and check-out, I can usually be flexible, because I take a day between bookings to clean. The tourist tax is 2 euros per day per person (adults only).
