The space The "Clos de l 'Ark-Ange" will seduce you with its cozy comfort in winter and a natural coolness in summer. Le Clos has all the amenities to live in peace and quiet, without feeling isolated thanks to the opening to the village and the view of the Sancy mountain range. This house next to that of the owners consists of the ground floor of an entrance hall with authentic Arkose stone interior staircase. On the garden floor on the 1st floor are the living rooms, including the dining room, the kitchen as well as the living room (sleeping for two additional people possible in a 140 sofa bed). Finally, you will find: two bedrooms with a 140 bed, an independent toilet and a shower room. In the warm weather, you will enjoy the shaded terrace on one level accessible from the dining room with its terraced and enclosed garden. You will have private covered parking in a large vineyard cuvel (bike rental possible) with direct access to the cottage.
