Our warm and comfortable fully furnished colonial style home is in the heart of downtown Belize City - walking distance to the tourist and shopping areas, with access to everything needed to guarantee an exciting trip. Book with us to enjoy some sea breeze at your next home away from home. The space Our home is a downstairs flat with the cozy feel of the Caribbean breeze. It is fully furnished, with Linens provided. The kitchen has its basic necessities so you can have the comfort of preparing your meals if you choose to. We provide wireless internet and cable. Guests will have access to the entire flat of the home which is three bedrooms, two and a half bath, a living, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom, the living room and dining area are air-conditioned and two rooms are equipped with fans. We have a side patio area that guests can relax and enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze. We are very family oriented and we are always busy with activities, but we will always be available for a chat and for any assistance needed. We provide a prepaid phone to our guests so that they can contact us whenever they need to do so. My family lives upstairs. We are all adults so we are relatively quiet except for footsteps you might hear when we are home moving around. Our neighborhood is quiet, nice, in walking distance from downtown where you can find banks, shopping, tourist area and water taxi's to the islands. The sea front is about 30 yards from our home. You can sit on the sea wall and enjoy the Caribbean Sea and the entire bay view. The best way to get around is renting a car or taking a cab. If you let us know your desires we would be happy to assist you in making your stay enjoyable. We can also arrange tours for you.. The home is fully fenced with alarm system for your safety. We love that colonial look and our home is modern with lots of colonial flavor. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire flat of the home which is Three bedrooms, two and a half bath, a living room , dining room and kitchen. We have a patio area in front and a garden area that guests can relax and enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze. Other things to note The home is fully fenced for your safety. We ask that you advise us if you will be having guests so that we know when persons are in and out the premises. Your safety and the safety of my family is of utmost importance. Kindly do not share the access code for the premises with no one other than guest staying at the apartment.
